Our newly renovated vacation apartment awaits you in a historic Art Nouveau villa, nestled in a large, lushly landscaped property. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and features bright rooms separated by doors. Please note that the apartment has a few steps within the apartment, which are due to the charm of the small tower room. The 52 m² apartment, which was completely refurbished in May 2024, offers two separate bedrooms so that you can relax and enjoy privacy even with several people. The bedroom in the circular turret boasts a stylish ambience and a high-quality double bed (160 × 190 cm). Two small tower windows, a large LED starry sky light and bedside lamps create a cozy atmosphere. Directly adjacent is a small living room with a cozy seating area and a modern flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is designed as a combined living room/bedroom and has a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), another seating area and a practical built-in closet. Here, too, a flat-screen TV ensures relaxing TV evenings. The entire apartment is furnished to a high standard and offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals: dishwasher, stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine as well as crockery, tea towels and cleaning products. Two bathrooms ensure maximum comfort: one is equipped with a WC and washbasin, the other has a modern, walk-in shower with a fixed partition, a washbasin and a washing machine that can be used alone. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation so that you can stay well connected during your stay. There is a lockable storage room on the property for your bicycles. You can park your car safely in a parking space directly on the enclosed property, which can be booked for 10 euros per night. Please note that there are no free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. We offer contactless check-in and check-out so that your stay is relaxed right from the start. Your arrival is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival. You will receive the access code for the key box, which is located directly at the accommodation, a few days before your arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment is at your disposal until 11 am. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. For families with small children, we are happy to provide a crib and a high chair by arrangement (5 euros per night for the crib, children under 3 years). To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you will receive a link to your personal digital guest folder with your booking confirmation. This will not only provide you with all the important information about your stay, but also numerous tips on restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping and excursions in the surrounding area.
